I read that the price on tickets will be going up after the new year. Is this true? When does the price change and how much?

    Hi Nancy,

Currently Walt Disney World has not announced a ticket price increase for 2013. For the past few years the cost of a one day theme park ticket has been raised by three to four dollars each year but the increase has typically occurred in the summer. Personally I think the cost of a one day ticket is actually a bargain. An entire day in the Magic Kingdom meeting princesses, zooming down Space Mountain, picking up hitchhiking ghosts at the Haunted Mansion, cruising through jungles and with pirates, and flying on elephants costs about the same as a few rounds of laser tag.

Thanks for visiting the WDW Moms Panel. Please contact me again if you have any additional questions.
