I've read that when you preorder Photo Pass+ you get a voucher in the mail. I'm in Canada, so if I purchase the Photo pass 14 day before my trip I likely won't get the voucher before I leave? How do I make sure I allow enough time to get the voucher?

    Hi Christy,

Thanks for coming back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  As a fellow Canadian, I understand the questions you have regarding international shipping. Last year we pre-ordered our Disney PhotoPass+ well within the given timeline and we did not receive it in time!  I would recommend ordering your Disney PhotoPass+ around a month early, just to make sure it arrives in time.  This way you can rest assured that you will indeed have the voucher prior to you leaving for your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation.  Please keep in mind that you can pre-order your Disney PhotoPass+ as early as you would like, it makes no difference because your PhotoPass+ will only become active once you exchange your voucher for the card and lanyard at Walt Disney World Resort.

On the off chance that you do not receive your voucher prior to your vacation, simply bring your order confirmation receipt to a PhotoPass photo services location and a Cast Member will be able to help get everything sorted out for you and your family.  This process was very time consuming for us, so I would recommend to play it safe and pre-order early!

I hope you have a magical Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Christy.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  I would love to hear from you again!
