I read about a Pirate Adventure Cruise for kids on the Sassagoula River at POR. Are they still doing this? Would an ADR be required for my child to participate?

Hi Ruth.  According to the Cast Member I spoke with this morning, there are 3 different pirate cruises currently available, including the Bayou Pirate Adventure you referred to that sets sail from Port Orleans - Riverside.  There is also an Islands of Caribbean Adventure Cruise that departs from the Caribbean Beach Resort as well as the Pirate Adventure Cruise at the Grand Floridian.  The Bayou Pirate Adventure from Port Orleans Riverside currently takes place on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 until 11:30 in the morning.  The pirate cruises are available to children between the ages of 4 and 12.  Lunch is included.  If you sign your little pirate or pirate princess up to attend, rest assured that he (or she) will have an adventurous time searching for (and likely finding) a slew of treasure.  Reservations are required and can be made up to 180 days out by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
