    I just read on the Mom's Panel that you will need your Magic Bands to board the Magic Express. How does that work with Canadians? We can't get our bands shipped to us (internationally) and as such they will be waiting for us when we check in.

    Hi Katie,

    While having MagicBands might save you a few moments when using Magical Express, they are not a must-have item when using this service. There will be MANY Magical Express users who do not have MagicBands. These include international guests like yourself, folks who have booked their trip last minute, and a not insubstantial subset of guests who simply forget their MagicBands at home. 

    You may receive an envelope in the mail with paper Magical Express vouchers (like a ticket). If you have vouchers, you can use these to board Magical Express, just like other guests would with a MagicBand. 

    If you have neither bands nor vouchers, simply stop by the Magical Express service desk at Orlando International. This is located on the ground transportation level on the B side of the terminal. Give the staff at the desk your room confirmation number and they'll put you on a bus right away. I've done this myself at least 4 or 5 times and have always been served within just a few minutes. 

    Once you hop on the bus, you'll be on your way to all the fun Disney World has to offer. Enjoy!
