I read that Ohana is a fun place to celebrate a birthday. Can you tell me why?

Aloha, Renee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re so happy you stopped by to send in your question.

Renee, ‘Ohana is a guest favorite and it’s easy to know why. The food is stellar! But this restaurant isn’t just about good food. At ‘Ohana you’ll be treated like family. Food is served family style and there are fun activities the kids can enjoy during dinner. And if timed right, you can even enjoy dinner and a view. Ask for a table by the windows and be dazzled by Magic Kingdom’s fireworks spectacular with the music piped into the restaurant. It’s a sight!

Because you’re family at ‘Ohana, you can expect a big celebration when you are having a birthday. Be sure to note your reservation about your celebration and let the cast member know when you check in. Cast Members will make sure to sing to the guest of honor and a special treat might be brought out to make the celebration extra sweet!

Want to add some pixie dust to this special visit? Disney Floral & Gifts can add that magical touch with in-room celebrations, floral arrangements or gifts, or even personalized cakes that can be delivered to your table.

Don’t forget to pick up your complimentary celebration buttons at your Disney Resort Hotel or theme park merchandise location so you can be celebrated all day.

I hope this information is helpful. For more planning tips or advice, be sure to stop by again.

    Wishing you a magical day,
