Hello there Colleen, and welcome to planDisney! Disney Cruise Line offers so many activities for families. On the
Disney Dream, Disney's
Oceaneer Club and
Oceaneer Lab are designed for young pirates aged 3 to 10 years, and they must be fully toilet-trained. These spaces offer hands-on activities to keep kids engaged and entertained. They can move between the Club and the Lab because they are connected, and the Youth Activities Counselors will be there to help them navigate around the 2 spaces.
The guided activities are targeted at young pirates ages 3 and 4 since they are the youngest within Disney's Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab. I suggest you visit during Open House on the day you first embark to show your kids around the spaces, locate the bathrooms, and speak with the Youth Activities Counselors to discuss your kids being together. You will find the Open House times listed in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you embark.
In Disney's Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab on the Disney Dream, you all will find a Craft Studio for hands-on arts and crafts, Magic PlayFloor to control film-inspired adventures, and areas to conduct experiments. There are also opportunities to see characters all around the ship and family activities such as karaoke and bingo. No matter what you and your family decide to do Colleen, it will be a swashbuckling good time!
If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney for answers.
Adventure is out there!
