    Read about the new restaurant opening in Epcot's Mexico. I love the idea of having seats facing Illunimations. I read it will open in September but reservations are not being taken yet. When will be able to make reservations? Our trip is in January.

    Hey Aimee!

    La Hacienda de Angel is scheduled for a "soft opening" in mid September and should be taking reservations starting October 15th. It's common in the restaurant business to do a "soft opening" before the "official" opening so that they can work out all of the kinks and get the staff completely familiar with the menu...that way when we make our reservations everything from reservation to our last bite of dessert will be flawless!

    I can't wait to see how they've worked the seating to see IllumiNations! The teasers they give about the new menu also look so exciting and it has my entire family eager to eat there!
