I just read about the new "limited" refillable resort mugs. We are coming for 2 weeks starting August 20th and we want to make sure that for our entire stay we can use these mugs. We understand that the mugs may only be filled every 5 minutes?

    Hi there Dennis!

So far from everything that I have read, I understand that the new mugs will be tested at Disney's All Star Sports Resort. This new process has not been moved to any of the other resorts. Disney is very meticulous when it comes to testing new methods so I would think that they will be testing it there for a while. I'm sure they will also see what works and what doesn't work about the new system. I would think it's going to be the same as the refillable mugs at the water parks but with a chip inside the mug as opposed to a sticker on the outside of it. Keep an eye on the disney Parks Blog to see if any information comes out in the next few weeks. I also wouldn't stress about the length of stay I'm sure they have that part covered already! I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
