I read we need to link DL tickets to multiple mobile devices to try to get in ROTR que. My question is should each device have its own Disney account or is it ok to use my log in for all three devices?

    Bright Suns Rosanne!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you’re headed for a galactic journey to Planet Batuu!

I hope you’re ready to embark on an adventure to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! The Resistance needs you to join their mission for an epic battle against the First Order! Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is like nothing you’ve ever experienced on this earth! Anyone that wants to ride together as a group and get the same Boarding Pass needs to be linked together in at least one person’s app. It is always recommended for everyone to have their own login with their own credentials. I had a family member that shared accounts with their spouse and while it is possible to do that, they frequently had issues while using the Disneyland Mobile App at the same time. Once they started using their own account, the issues went away. For me, it’s not worth it and I’m doing everything right to make sure I get a Boarding Pass.

First things first, get there early. If you are driving in, get there at least 90 minutes before official park opening which is when the parking structures open. Remember you’ll need to park, go through security and then get to the park gates. You ideally want to be in line at least 30 minutes before Disneyland Park opens. Anything later than that and you’re pushing your luck. Remember, the earlier the better. Link everyone’s tickets to everyone’s account beforehand. Scan into Disneyland Park before official park opening time. Once you are in the park find a spot where you will attempt to get your Boarding Pass and get comfortable with the app and what you need to press. As soon as it’s official opening time, hit the button to get a Boarding Pass and hope for the best! Make sure everyone in your group does this so that you have the best chance of getting one. The system will only allow you to get one per day so the three of you won’t succeed. Only the person with the quickest fingers will get it for the group. There will be announcements right before it’s time and when in doubt ask a Cast Member!

Well Rosanne, I’d send you some Pixie Dust but they don’t have that in Batuu. You’re going to need to be one with the Force.

    ‘Til the Spire!
