It's great to see you here today at planDisney, Anna! I'm so glad that I get to chat with you about one of my favorite things at Walt Disney World Resort:
the food. Dining is one of the most important parts of my trip each time I go, and if you're traveling with a family member that has a food allergy, your dining choices are an even more central part of your planning process, so I'm happy to walk you through how the ordering process at Quick-Service restaurants has changed and how you can order your meals now.
Mobile Ordering has become the preferred method of ordering at Quick-Service dining locations now as part of the
phased re-opening process of the Theme Parks and Resort Hotels, and everyone who is able to is encouraged to place their order using their smartphone. With that said, Disney is committed to making sure that you have a magical vacation that's free from worry about allergy concerns, so there will still be a Cast Member present at Quick-Service restaurants that will be able to take your order and address any requests that you have. The process remains the same at Table-Service locations, and you'll be able to talk to your server and let them know all about your needs when you're placing your order.
