Hiya, James! It won't be long before you are walking down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. It is my favorite moment, walking under the railroad bridge, the scent of popcorn in the air and
Cinderella Castle in view! I know I have a day full of magic, laughs and memories ahead.
At the
Magic Kingdom, there are two
Guest Relations locations. One is outside the gate to help with ticket purchases or activations (important for Military Salute tickets and for Florida residents or Disney Vacation Club members with new Annual Passes). The other is inside City Hall, which can also help with Lost and Found and other support needed to manage your day.
According to the website and a Cast Member I checked with, these Guest Relations locations are open during theme park hours, including
Early Theme Park Entry.
Like you, I have also read that Guest Relations opens earlier (some reports say an hour ahead and others say 30-45 minutes). In my experience, the Magic Kingdom begins scanning tickets and allowing Guests into Main Street, U.S.A. about 30 minutes before Early Entry. I expect the Guest Relations team would be available to support the Cast Members and Guests as soon as they begin their day. It's not guaranteed, but likely based on experience.
Magic Kingdom Park opens at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, with Early Entry at 8:30 a.m. If you want to get to the park and get in line early, I would plan to be there at 8:00 a.m., or a few minutes before, to be at the front of the line.
James, I know this is not a definitive answer, but I hope it helps as you plan an early morning and day at the
Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any other questions, we will always try our best to share our knowledge and experience to help.
See 'Ya Real Soon!
