I read on this forum that if you purchased a child ticket with/ no expiration option, used some of the days, then came back, but child was now considered adult, that there was no fee to convert the ticket to adult ticket. Disney disagreed. What's correct?

    Hi Tim,

If you have a child's Park ticket that has been used and it has the no-expiration option added on to it but your child is now considered an adult it should not be a problem.  You will need to go to a Guest Relations location at any of the Theme Parks or at Downtown Disney where a cast member will assess your situation.  Once they have a look at your ticket and make sure that everything "adds up" and "makes sense" with the dates on the ticket as well as the age of your grown up child now versus when he/she was a child using the ticket for admission, you should be able to exchange the days left over on the child's ticket for the same amount of days for an adult ticket at no extra charge to you.  This is what the policy used to be and I believe that it is still that way now.  Your child must be with you when you do this exchange though or it will not be possible.  Hope this helps.

    Best wishes,
