I've read in a few places, the Moms Panel one of them, that the new Star Tours is "smoother" than the original one. Can you compare the new Star Tours to Mission: Space - Green Team? I only went on the original Star Tours in a motionless simula

Hi Robert! I always hate to offer my personal opinion on a ride as what is good for me just might not be too good for someone else.

I have ridden the new Star Tours many times now and I do believe the jerkiness is far less then what it used to be and the ride is more about the new scenes that are played out during the ride.  In fact there is some statistic out there stating you can go on the ride 50 times and you might get different beginnings, middles, and ending scenes? Not sure the exact count but it is fun to repeat because it is different. I have been on Mission Space for both experiences...hard to compare something to that.  There is still movement with Star Tours that your eyes must adjust to but it isn't throwing you around like in the past. My gut says to try it but I don't want you to have a bad experience.  When you arrive explain to the cast member your concerns and see if he/she can assist you.
