    I've read that the my experience App includes bus times which is awesome but I don't know where to go in the app to find it, can someone help?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel - it’s wonderful to see you again!

    You’re absolutely right that having bus times at our fingertips with the My Disney Experience mobile app is pretty awesome. Better still, the app regularly updates in real time to provide the most current departure estimates for Walt Disney World Bus Service heading to all four theme parks, two water parks and the Disney Springs area. 

    I haven’t had a chance to use this feature yet but, from what I understand, you can access it once you’ve arrived for your stay at your Disney Resort Hotel (and your reservation then becomes “active”). You can click on your reservation and then tap the “See Bus Times” option for times and destinations. 

    If you’re looking for it before your arrival, you probably won’t be able to see that feature as it won’t be active, yet. If you need any help locating it when you’re on site, please ask your Resort’s Lobby Concierge for assistance or a nearby Disney Transportation Cast Member. They’ll be happy to help!
