We read the edit instructions for the memory maker photos on an apple mobil device. How can you edit your memory maker photos from an apple computer?

    Hi Denise,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I use a Macbook at home, so I wandered over to My Disney Experience in order to check out my Disney PhotoPass pictures and see what my options are for editing my pictures on my computer vs my mobile device. I was scratching my head, too, until I remembered that there was an update to the Disney PhotoPass website earlier this year, one that has temporarily removed the ability to edit pictures on a desktop or laptop.

For the moment, the only way to be able to add borders and stickers and otherwise change any of the pictures included with the Memory Maker package that you purchased for your last visit to Walt Disney World Resort seems to be via the My Disney Experience Mobile App. That being said, they’re always making changes to both the website and the app’s respective functionalities and options, so please check back to see whether the ability to edit your pictures has been restored to non-mobile devices.

If you have any additional questions, I highly recommend that you contact  Disney PhotoPass at (407) 560-4300. They’ll be more than happy to help you if you have any additional technical questions

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
