I read that for Dive Quest, you do NOT have to use a park ticket is this correct? If that is the case would me and my son be able to watch my husband Dive without using a park ticket as well?

    Hey Camille!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your awesome question about Epcot Seas Adventure — DiveQuest. I hope you will continue visiting us with your excellent questions!

Camille, you are correct. Your husband will not need to purchase a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket in order to experience DiveQuest. He will be escorted to the The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion dive area and back out after his experience without needing a theme park ticket. However, if he would like to stay in Epcot after his dive, he will need a theme park ticket.

You and your son will need a theme park ticket in order to watch your husband dive. Unfortunately, friends and family are not allowed backstage without a DiveQuest admission ticket of their own. The best location for you to view your husband’s dive is from the upstairs view-port in the tunnel of The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion.  In order to get there, you will need to enter Epcot. You will be able to see your husband approximately one hour after his experience begins.

Disney Mom Tip: Your husband will need to provide proof of certification, such as his C-card or a valid verification from a certifying agency in order to participate in DiveQuest. Please be sure to pack this in advance of your vacation!
