Welcome back, Mark!
I’m happy to hEAR that you already have a Walt Disney World vacation all set for later this year. Hands down, November is a fabulous time to visit Mickey Mouse and company. Between the wonderful weather, festive holiday theming, and events like the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, this season simply can’t be beat!
Yes indeed, there IS a way to find out which attractions will be getting refurbished during your Walt Disney World vacation using the daily
Theme Park Calendar. However, it currently only shows through mid-October 2021, so you will have to be patient just a little while longer until your November dates can be checked. The “What’s Closed for Refurbishment” information can be found under the day calendar, which means you have to select each individual day of your vacation to see the list.
Keep in mind that the refurbishment calendar is always subject to change, so I recommend checking in the days leading up to your vacation just to be sure. I always have to remind myself that a refurbishment for an attraction or show might mean I don’t get to ride or watch it during my current vacation, but I can surely look forward to the new experience on my next one!
Mark, clearly you are one of
planDisney’s biggest supporters, and we applaud you for that. So please keep sending us excellent questions, and we promise we will strive to give you the best planning advice we can possibly muster! Wishing you a pixie dusted trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
