I read on disney cruise autographs are made by leaving an item w/ staff. We are staying at art of animation at WDW. Can I leave an item at front desk to be autographed. I want a picture mat autographed which would bend if carried in the park.

    Hi Beth!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask us your great question.  I was so happy to learn this little tip before our last cruise.  It sure made getting autographs easier!

Unfortunately, I haven't heard of anywhere offering the same service at the Walt Disney World Resort. Although it isn't an offered service, you can always ask during check-in.  Disney Cast Members constantly strive to accommodate guests as best they can, so you never know where the Pixie Dust may land. Another alternative to carrying the photo mat around the park would be to book a character meal where several of your favorite friends will be available.  This way, you would be able to receive multiple signatures in one location. If you do find yourself carrying the mat into the park for a special character, perhaps you can store it in one of the rental lockers, for safe keeping, until you are ready to exit the park.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.  Have a wonderful vacation!

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
