    Just read on DFB that Starring Rolls closes at 4pm and Aloha Isle at 7pm. Is this true year round, or do they stay open later during the busy seasons ie: July? Thank you for tirelessly answering everyone's great questions!

    AJ knows her stuff over on the Disney Food Blog. I can concur on Starring Rolls at Hollywood Studios closing at 4:00 p.m. I've also see Aloha Isle's operating hours published as 7:00 p.m. I wouldn't chance it and hope it's open later - take the mission of acquiring a Dole-Whip very seriously. In the event some rogue agent (i.e. my 2 year old) throws you off your course, you can acquire said Dole-Whip from Captain Cook's at the Polynesian as well.
