I read at the CSR they fill my free mug. Do I need to tip each time if I just getting soda? Also, is there an area by the pool to fill up the mug - also who fills it. Do I need to tip there also? Can I bring everyones mug to fill or do we need to show card

    Hi Chris,

Although you are very kind to consider the Cast Members who may assist you with your refillable mugs at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, you are not obligated, nor is it customary to tip folks for simply refilling your mugs.  I often purchase and use the refillable mugs at Disney's resorts and I have never noticed guests tipping Cast Members for such a service.  In fact, most of the refill locations are self serve so you can fill the mugs yourself with the beverage of your choice from the soda fountain or hot beverage station.  You are welcome to bring all of your family's mugs to the refill station by yourself and refill them.  I have done this many times.  No one will ask to see your room card or identification of any kind.

In addition to refilling your mugs at the Pepper Market Food Court, you can also refill your mug near the Dig Site Pool.  You will find the poolside refill station at Siesta's Pool Bar and Grill.

Wishing you a magical vacation at Walt Disney World!  Let us know if you have any additional questions.
