    Hi there! I have read on a couple of different boards that CSR is starting a club level. Is this true, and if so, how can I book it? We are already booked at CSR Aug 7-14 but I don't see any club level offered.

    Hi Janet,

    A few years ago, Business Club Level rooms were available, and it seems as if this is no longer the case. The only available additional room types currently available are a variety of different suites which are located in the Casitas area, but there is no concierge service or lounge included with the booking of these suites.  To learn more about the available room types, please visit the official Coronado Springs page on the Walt Disney World Website.

    You can find lots of information from unofficial sites claiming that club level rooms are indeed available, but I double checked with both the Walt Disney Travel Company as well as Coronado Springs and was told that these rooms are not available for booking and that no concierge lounge exists.

    Any other room offerings would be available in conjunction with a conference or business meeting group and would need to be discussed with convention services.
