Boo to you, Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
You are correct that there have been conflicting reports about
Happy HalloWishes Fireworks being piped through the speakers of Disney’s Contemporary Resort’s observation deck. I have read reports stating that in the past, Guests visited twice in the same week, once where there was music, and once where there was no music. That being said, the music SHOULD be piped in during your visit (subject to change). Having stayed in a Theme Park View Room at
Disney’s Contemporary Resort, I can tell you that even if there is no music, it is still an amazing place to view the show with little to no crowds! If you happen to be staying at this Disney Resort hotel, you can even play the music through your room’s television! I would suggest discussing your concerns with your Lobby Concierge if you happen to be staying at a Disney Resort hotel, or directly with Disney’s Contemporary Resort’s Lobby Concierge when you arrive. I have also heard that the beach at
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is an excellent place to view the fireworks in Magic Kingdom Park.
For added Pixie Dust, perhaps you would be interested in a
Specialty Cruise on Bay Lake with music onboard the ship and one of the most magical views you can get!
I hope this answers your question and that you have a spooktacular time! Come and visit us again real soon!
