I've read conflicting posts regarding the actual start of the HS Christmas Festivities. Can anyone confirm when these actually begin?? November 6th, 7th or 8th ?? TIA

    Hi Lisa!

Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place to begin the holiday season! I love the special decorations, seasonal entertainment and tasty treats that are available during the "most wonderful time of the year" at the "most magical place on Earth".

Officially, the holiday festivities at Disney's Hollywood Studios begin on November 8, 2018. That means, you will be able to enjoy Sunset Seasons Greetings, where you can enjoy beautiful holiday projections on The Hollywood Tower Hotel. Also, at that point holiday decorations will make their way into the theme park and Toy Story Land will receive some extra holiday cheer! However, Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! will begin it's shows on November 6, which is an incredible evening holiday show and the perfect way to end the day. Santa will make his way to Disney's Hollywood Studios to meet with Guests starting on November 9, which is also when Minnie's Holiday Dine will begin at Hollywood & Vine. Overall, the holiday festivities will begin at Disney's Hollywood Studios over a range of days between November 6 - November 9.

Keep in mind that plans are always subject to change and we don't yet have all of the details about this year's holiday, so I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog over the next few weeks as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
