Welcome back to planDisney, Sab! My panelist pals and I are so happy to see you cruising to planDisney again.
I know that the
Disney Magic at Sea sailings in Australia are new and exciting for everyone! Even me... and I don't yet have a cruise to Australia booked. It's on my wishlist! With these new sailings, Disney Cruise Line is in the process of updating their website to reflect the Travel Documentation requirements so that guests can prepare for what is ahead.
Although your upcoming sailing is a closed-loop cruise, your itinerary travels to New Caledonia (a territory of France) and valid passports will be required for all nationalities. The passports must be valid for at least three months after the sailing has ended. In addition to a valid passport, Guests may also be required to obtain an entry Visa for Australia or New Caledonia based on nationality. Each guest is responsible for identifying and obtaining all necessary visas for travel. Guests without proper documentation will not be permitted to sail. It is recommended that you contact your travel agent, government agency, embassy or consulate for more information on required travel documentation for all ports of call for your itinerary.
I'm so glad that you are getting all of your Donald Ducks in a row as you prepare for your adventure at sea! It's going to be one fantastic time aboard the
Disney Wonder. My favorite spot onboard is Tiana's Place. You'll be transported to New Orleans with live jazz music, beignets, and a perfect party atmosphere. Enjoy!
Please continue to sail our way with more questions. We are here for you!
Have a magical day,
Adrianna
