    I read that the Caribbean Resort has a beach. Is it a beach to swim at or is it an activity type beach? Thank you.

    The Caribbean Beach Resort does in fact have sandy beach areas. However, these areas do not provide for swimming. This holds true for all of the “beaches” at Walt Disney World. Remember, this is Florida and while most of the creatures you see in the form of fuzzy large mice and bears are friendly, the critters in the waterways are wild and unpredictable.

    The beaches at the Caribbean Beach Resort offer lounge chairs, playgrounds, hammocks, fishing and boat rentals.
