I have read here that you can't pickup package tickets early. On other boards there are posts that say you can pick them up up to 3 days early and is in fact a Disney Policy and can get them at Guest Relations at a park. Whats the deal?

    Hi, Cliff!

I spoke with a Cast Member at Walt Disney World Vacation Package Booking  [(407) 939-7675], and was given a very understandable answer.  Because your Walt Disney World Resort Package includes both your accommodations as well as your park passes--and your Dining Plan, if you added this option--all of these items will be tied to your Key to the World card.  This means that you can check in at your resort, receive your Key to the World cards, and head to any park or restaurant of your choosing, even though your room may not be ready yet.

Because the tickets aren't paper tickets, like what you might get if you are staying off-property, there's no reason to have to go to Guest Services in order to get the tickets ahead of time; it's all on your Key to the World card.

Hope your upcoming trip is absolutely magical!

Please send us any additional questions you might have about this or another Walt Disney vacation!
