I have read you can't check luggage at a resort for flights before 8a, our flight is at 8a, will we be able to check luggage at our resort since Magical Express leaves approx 3 hrs before flight, but resort luggage check in doesn't open until 5a?

    Hi Ashley!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Resort Airline Check-In makes the start of a trip home from Walt Disney World Resort so easy! When I am flying one of the participating airlines, I love to get my boarding pass and check my bags right from my Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Since the Resort Airline Check-In desk opens at 5:00 a.m. and you must be checked in for your flight no later than 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, you will not be able to check your luggage at your hotel since the Resort Airline Check-In desk will not be open in time. You will need to bring your luggage with you on Disney's Magical Express so you can check it at the airport check-in desks. I have done this several times, particularly when flying an airline that doesn't participate in Resort Airline Check-In, and I have still had smooth trips to the airport!

Please let us know if you have any other questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
