    I have read that the buses to the parks only start 45 mins prior to park opening. How do we get to the parks for early magic hours and back after?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you have come to the right place for tips and advice while planning your upcoming summer holiday.

    Guests staying in the middle of the magic at a Disney Resort hotel are eligible to enjoy several benefits including complimentary transportation to travel between destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort.  Bus transportation usually starts running about 45 minutes prior to official theme park opening time, however, when a park offers Extra Magic Hours, bus departure times to and from the park are adapted to accommodate Guests who wish to have early access or stay later.

    My favorite tip regarding transportation is to use the My Disney Experience mobile app to check bus times during your stay. You will be able to see estimates for buses heading to all four theme parks and Disney Springs by tapping the “See Bus Times” icon when viewing your active Disney Resort hotel reservation. This is a great feature because it allows you to stay in your room longer getting ready for your day instead of waiting at the bus stop, even in those mornings where a park offers Extra Magic Hours.
