Just read on a blog that at Mickey's BBQ the characters do not sign or take photos. Is this correct? Is that how all the character meals are? Have all character meals booked and thought that part of doing them is to get photos and autographs.

Hi there, Paulette! I'm so happy that you visited us here on the Moms Panel for some clarification on Character Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort, thank you!

The super special [and BEST] part about Character Dining is having the Characters come around to your table to visit, take pictures, and sign autograph books while you're enjoying your fabulous meal.

Mickey's Backyard BBQ is no different! You're in for a Hootin' Tootin' Hoedown with line dancing too! Several times during the evening's festivities, Characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Chip 'n Dale will visit Guests at their tables to mingle! Please keep in mind that Character appearances and entertainment are subject to change. The all-you-care-to-enjoy BBQ spread includes all sorts of yumminess like barbeque ribs, smoked chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs with all the trimmings, corn on the cob, macaroni and cheese and more. Your family is sure to have an absolutely fantastic evening!

Please come back and see us if you think of any more questions we can help with!

    Have a Pixie Dusted vacation!
