When visiting the Disneyland Resort, your window for being able to make dining reservations is 60 days out from the current date. Keep in mind that this window to make dining reservations is for anyone visiting the resort, so - in my experience - it's best to make your reservations as early as possible so that they don't all get booked up.
When looking at the
Goofy's Kitchen page on the Disneyland Resort website, you can click the blue "Check Available Days" button to begin looking for and booking your dining reservation for your visit. From what I'm seeing at the time I'm answering your question, it looks like the reservation booking window runs through April 25th.
Therefore, if you're planning on visiting any time up to April 25th, then you are able to make your dining reservation now! If you're visiting in the last few days of April then you'll just want to wait until you hit that 60 day window to make your reservation.
If you're looking to make a reservation on an already available date (between now and April 25th - again, as of the time that I'm answering your question), and you're not seeing available reservations for your preferred day or time then that means they're already all booked up. My suggestion would be to either keep checking back as you get closer to your visit to see if something becomes available, or you can check out one of the other
Character Dining experiences around the Disneyland Resort instead!
