I've read answers about transportation in between parks and hotels inside WDW that mentioned taking taxis. I assume that's additional cost. Any average? Are they available at every resort and park?

    Hello Yvelisse!

There have been several occasions on my trips to Walt Disney World where I've opted to use a taxi service instead of the complimentary Walt Disney World Resort Transportation.  The taxi companies operating at the parks and resorts are independent and not affiliated with the Walt Disney World Resort.  I have found it usually costs between $15-20 (including tip) for my trips around the resort.

You should have no problem finding available taxis outside of the theme parks (look for the designated taxi/pick-up/drop-off area).  For resort pick-ups, I like to call down to the Concierge or Bell Services to request a taxi before leaving my room so my ride is ready for me when I need it.

Come back and see us again real soon, Yvelisse!

    Have a magical day,
    Ashley
