I read an answer on here from 7/2018 that Keenz aren’t allowed at DW. However, Main St stroller rentals website & KEENZ themselves both say they are allowed. KEENZ says bc they have a push handle they’re a stroller, not wagon. Which is it?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stephanie! It's really smart of you to be planning ahead for your stroller needs while you're at Walt Disney World Resort, because there are lots of things for your kids to see and do and a lot of ground to cover so you need to give those little legs a rest!

The Keenz wagons have been a hot topic of conversation here recently at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and the official word we've gotten is that according to the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules, wagons, regardless of whether or not they are pushed or pulled, are not permitted inside of the theme parks. This also applies to anything that classifies itself as a "stroller wagon" like the Keenz wagon you're asking about.  No need to worry though, because strollers can be rented at all of the theme parks as well as Disney Springs or through a Disney Featured Provider. You're also welcome to bring your own stroller that is not larger that 36" x 52" and let your Mouseketeers relax and enjoy the ride.

Let us know if you have any more questions about planning your magical vacation, Stephanie!
