I just read your answer about dining credits being assigned by room. If I reserve 2 rooms - each w/ 2 a & 1 c but only add the dining plan to one room, would all 6 guests be able to use the table service meals if they dine together? DP is too much fo

    Hi Shawn,

    Good to hear from you!

Yes, if all six of the people in your group are dining together, it is possible to pay for all of the meals with the Key to the World card (room key) that has the Disney Dining Plan credits attached to it.  I have done this personally on previous trips with no problem whatsoever.  There is no rule that says that you must use the credits only for the people staying in a specific room.  Once those credits are on a Key to the World card, they may be used at any time and for any guest you so choose.  Just be sure to use them all by midnight on the day you check out of your Disney resort.  Don't you just love the flexibility of the Disney Dining Plan?  I do!

Thanks for a great question!  If you've got more, please don't hesitate to post them.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
