    I just read that AK has a 15 min. celebration before it opens, what goes on then? I have reservations for wild africa trek @ 8am, should I change it so I can go to the celebration? Thanks for all your help, you guys are wonderful! Very Helpful!!!

    Hi Elizabeth,

    The rope drop at Animal Kingdom is cute.  Mickey, Minnie and Pluto come driving out in a truck and do a little skit ending with everyone saying, "Let the Adventure Begin."  It's a fun start to the day; however, I don't know that I would change my reservation for Wild Africa Trek to see it.  The trek is amazing, and I think morning times are some of the best for that experience.

    Now, I really love the rope drop ceremony at Magic Kingdom.  That keeps me singing all day long.  Don't miss that one!
