I have read when you make ADR at CRT you must pay in full with a credit card. How does this work with the DP? We plan on using DP table service credits to hopefully eat at CRT. Love the panel and your great information!

Hi Terry!  I spoke with a Cast Member this evening to help answer your question.  Here is what I learned: even if you plan to use your dining plan credits to cover your meal at Cinderella's Royal Table, you'll still need to supply your credit card number at the time you make your reservation.  However, instead of charging the full price of the meal on the card, they'll just hold onto the card number to secure your reservation.  If you don't show up, or if you cancel within the penalty window they'll charge the card.  Otherwise, they'll just use your dining plan credits after your meal and your card will never be charged.

Hope that helps clear up some of the confusion!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
