By the looks of it, you are well versed in the new services that Disney has introduced to help Guests navigate their park days more efficiently.
Disney Genie service will provide daily itineraries and tailored recommendations to help your family maximize the park experience. The best part is this version is complimentary and at no extra cost to your family. It’s been great to open the My Disney Experience App and find out what Disney Genie recommends for the day.
But let’s address the reason that brought you to planDisney today, and that is to discuss
Disney Genie+. Being able to lower the wait times on the popular attractions has been a lifesaver for my family. Rest assured, when you go through the process to purchase Disney Genie+, it is as simple as it seems. Once you log on to your
My Disney Experience account and select “Change Ticket”, it will provide the option to add the service. Once Disney Genie+ is added, you will be able to check out and select payment for the additional cost. By adding, it will not affect your park tickets or park reservations in any way. You are only adding on an additional service to enhance the tickets.
One thing to note is that by adding it prior to your vacation, you will need to purchase it for the entire length of stay. If you are confident that your party will use it on each of your park days, then it is a no-brainer to go ahead and add it on now. Just know that you can add Disney Genie+ on a day-to-day basis. You will need to access your My Disney Experience each morning and purchase daily for your party.
