Hi. When we reach our 60 days for booking will the My Disney Experience app automatically update to let us book reservations for the whole length of our stay Also with a dining plan what do you physically show so people know you have the plan?

    Hi Dave,

Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for asking us another question!

Good food is a big part of any vacation for me, which is why one of the biggest perks of staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is the ability to book all of my Disney Dining Reservations for most of my vacation up to 60 days before my arrival date.

Based on my experience, both the My Disney Experience app and online booking tools should allow you to book your dining reservations “automagically” as of the 60 day mark. That said, I’ve experienced some tech issues with that in the past, so it is possible. If that unfortunately happens to you, you’ll need to contact Walt Disney World Resort by telephone in order to make your reservations.

As for the Disney Dining Plan, all that you’ll need to do is tell the cashier at a Quick Service Dining location or your waiter at a Table Service Dining location that you’d like to use your dining entitlements for your meal. With a simple tap of your DisneyBand (also known as a MagicBand) you should be good to go!

I hope my answer helps you plan a delicious Disney Parks vacation! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
