Re parking for non-resort guests at resorts: Do the required dining reservations have to be at the same resort you are parked at? I'd like to park at Art of Animations, then ride the Skyliner over to Beaches and Cream for dessert with the grandkids.

Welcome to planDisney, Lori! Thanks so much for swinging by with your question today. Some of my favorite restaurants are at the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, so I'm glad to hear that you have plans to eat at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney's Beach Club Resort. Your grandkids will love the atmosphere and, of course, the ice cream, so let's chat about what kind of parking is included when you make a dining reservation.

To park at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you must have a room or dining reservation at that specific Resort Hotel, so you would not be able to park at Disney's Art of Animation Resort to take the Disney Skyliner to your reservation somewhere else. There is a solution, though! Your parking is valid for up to three hours, so that's plenty of time to enjoy your dessert and hop on a gondola to visit Disney's Art of Animation Resort. You can explore the grounds, check out the themed Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid sections, and still have enough time to take the Disney Skyliner back to your car at Disney's Beach Club Resort. Just a slight modification of your plans will allow you to do everything you want to do!

I hope this answers your question, Lori, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
