    RE: Disney World Weddings, can you just pay the venue fee to do the ceremony and not do a whole reception / event?

    First, I’d like to say congratulations on the recent engagement! How exciting that you’re thinking about planning a Walt Disney World Resort Wedding. As a newlywed myself, I too looked into Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and there are so many amazing options to explore!

    Based on the information I could find, it looks like wedding event pricing is based on the location, a certain spend, and the timing of the wedding. As for your question about a “ceremony only” option, it might be best to speak with a Disney Wedding Specialist to learn more about that capability.
