    Is the rating system gone or am I just not seeing it? I thought it was quite useful, especially when answers are wrong (it doesn't happen often, but I see some occasionaly) Any reason why its gone? Love the panel, you are all a great help with planning!

    Hi Yasmijn!  Thank you for your kind words about our planning help for Walt Disney World guests.  I know how hard the panel members work to provide as much help as possible for those coming for a visit to the parks. The rating system has been taken away at this time. Most of the questions we answer are often personal opinions about the multitude of choices a guest has when visiting the parks.  It is impossible to rate someone on their opinion as being right or wrong.  For instance one panel member might find a certain spot to watch a parade prefect for them while another would disagree and state another location to be better.  Our job is to offer the guests good choices when making their own plans and we encourage them to read the many answers for a specific topic versus just one.

    Our aim is certainly not to give out incorrect information at any time but things can change quickly at Walt Disney World. We keep up the best we can and when changes are made we reflect that in our answers but sometimes older answers will show the old information. You would be amazed at how much internal communication is done amongst ourselves before we answer so we can provide the guests with the most up to date information.

    I hope I can help you many more times in the future with your planning questions. Since Walt Disney World has opened I have shared many magical vacations with family and friends!
