    Ran 10K today with time of 1:24:25. Not great, but improvement for me. Is it worth submitting this time for the PHM 2013? WIll it help my corral placement?

    Hi Francine!  Congratulations!  You should be very proud of that 10K time!

    Definitely submit it.  If you don't submit any time at all, you will be placed in the last corral, so even submitting a time will help you move forward.  If you haven't registered, just submit it when you do.  If you have already registered, here are the instructions for submitting a time:

    Please email your updated proof of time (include the race you registered for, your official race time, along with the year and name of the race) to disneysports@trackshack.com by December 1, 2011. After December 1, all proof of time updates must be made during the Expo at the Runner Relations booth.
