If it is raining can you leave a park and come back later?

    Hi Stephanie,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question.  Some of my favorite memories of my daughter at Walt Disney World Resort happen to be when we threw on our ponchos and experienced the magic in the rain!

If you have a Theme Park Reservation, guests are able to exit the Theme Park and re-enter later in the day as needed.  We do like to head back to our Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Room for a midday break to relax and refresh before heading back into the theme park for the evening.

Please don't let the rain stop you from enjoying Walt Disney World Resort, guests are able to purchase ponchos at any of the retail locations on property and there are lots of indoor attractions that are not affected by the rain.  Another great perk to a rainy day at Walt Disney World Resort, is that when it rains, I find that most guests head out of the Theme Parks, and we get to enjoy the Theme Parks with less crowds.

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort, rain or shine Stephanie.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney.  We are always happy to help.

    ~Stephanie
