Hi there, Debra!Ooh! That’s a great question. I would definitely choose to prolong the fun at the Disneyland Resort too. Let’s go over the policies and options. Most standard multi-day theme park tickets to the Disneyland Resort expire when any one of the following happens:
At this time, there is no direct option to extend the expiration period beyond that two-week window I mentioned above. In some cases, there may be a way to upgrade an existing ticket to a new ticket or pass type of equal or greater value that happens to have a later expiration date. Eligibility for such an upgrade depends on the individual circumstances of a given ticket. I recommend visiting a main entrance ticket booth or calling a Cast Member with the Tickets phone line to discuss options.Rain or shine, I hope you are able to enjoy a visit to the Disneyland Resort. You might even find that a rainy day at the Disneyland Resort can be a pleasure to experience. My family and I have enjoyed many rainy days while splashing through some of the happiest puddles on earth.Tony’s Tip: Just over a year ago, we happened to visit the Disneyland Resort during a particularly rainy week. We found that using the Disney Genie+ service really helped us to make the most of our time. Sometimes, even when a given attraction would become temporarily unavailable, things would work out for us. If we had a Lightning Lane return time booked for that attraction during that time, it would automatically convert into a "multiple experience" pass that we could either use at that same attraction later in the day or at another attraction indicated in the pass in the Disneyland mobile app. The flexibility and convenience of Genie+ really saved our trip that time! Thanks for visiting planDisney, Debra!~Tony
