    Is the Rainforest Cafe very loud? Thinking of eating there, but have an ADHD/Asperger's daughter who is very sensitive and hates loud sounds. Wasn't sure if I should try it or not. We always carry earplugs when we go to Disney. Thnx for all the help!

    Hi Jennifer,

    When I think of the Rainforest Cafe, there are many sounds throughout the restaurant, especially when the thunderstorm happens.  If you go to Youtube and do a search for Rainforest Cafe, you can see a few videos to see what the storm looks/sounds like to help you make an informed decision.

    If you do opt to dine there, I'd encourage you to include a notation in your reservation and to let the cast members know about your daughter so that they could seat you in a more quiet location and give you a heads-up when the storm is about the arrive -- maybe a good time for the headphones at that point. There might also be seats available that are near sounds (like water) that may be more like a white noise to help muffle the louder sounds. Also, eating during an off time when the crowds are smaller may be helpful.
