    What is Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom considered for Dining, quick service, table service or Deluxe?

    Jambo Heather! Even though Disney's Animal Kingdom has many unique options for dining, the Rainforest Cafe is one of my favorite spots to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal after a day of exploring the park. The atmosphere at Rainforest Cafe fits perfectly with the Animal Kingdom theming. Intermittently, a rainstorm will pass overhead and a big Gorilla will pound his chest. This is my son's favorite part of the whole experience. Also make sure to check out the awesome gift shop. They've got lots of unique souvenirs for purchase here.

    Because the restaurant is not self serve and there are servers that bring your food, it is considered a Table Service meal. This means that it is not available on the Quick-Service Dining Plan. It is available for the use of a Table-Service entitlement on the Deluxe and Standard Dining Plans.
