    Are “rainchecks” or refunds available for Fantasmic dinner packages if the show is canceled due to weather?

    The Fantasmic! Dining Package is a wonderful way to enjoy a delicious meal and secure guaranteed seating for the same night's performance of Fantasmic!, the amazing nighttime spectacular at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This package is available at various table-service restaurants within the park and guests using the Disney Dining Plan can use credits to book the dining experience. These reservations are highly sought after and tend to fill up quickly, so make sure to lock in your dining plans as soon as you can!

    With the Fantasmic! Dining Package, you'll receive reserved seating for the first scheduled showing of Fantasmic! that evening. Although individual seats are not assigned, the middle section of the amphitheater is reserved exclusively for guests with the dining package. To access this section, present the vouchers given to you at your meal at the designated entrance for dining package guests (follow the signs as you enter the line). Be sure to arrive at least 25-30 minutes before showtime to secure your spot and enjoy a prime viewing experience. Please note: if you sit down front, you WILL get wet! Sometimes it’s just a sprinkling of water, but the last time we saw the show it was more like a tidal wave. (We didn’t mind after a hot day of park-hopping!)

    Unfortunately, if the Fantasmic! show is canceled due to weather, refunds or rain checks for the Fantasmic! dining packages are generally not provided. However, rest assured that the dining experience included in your package will still take place, allowing you to enjoy a magical meal at the selected restaurant. Even though the weather might put a damper on the entertainment, you'll still have a delightful dining experience and can trust that Disney will do its best to sprinkle a little extra magic on your day.

    If you have questions regarding the purchase of a Fantasmic! Dining Package connected to a canceled performance, it's best to visit Guest Relations, located at the entrance of the park. The Cast Members there are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction and will do their utmost to provide you with the best possible alternatives to make up for the canceled show.
