    Hi Moms! Does the railroad in the MK only travel in a clockwise direction or is there a second track travelling counter-clockwise? The guide books aren't clear on this point. Can I travel directly from Main Street to Mickey's Toon Town? Thanks!

    I love questions like this because it's a chance to share different information with guests.

    The Walt Disney World railroad travels only in one direction.

    Starting at the Main Street station it makes a 1.5 mile circuit which is about a 20 minute round-trip ride.

    Using the railroad for transportation around the park is very useful. After Main Street the train stops at Frontierland and then Toontown before returning to the Main Street station.
