How is Raglan Road for kids (4 and 5).I know everything is "kid-friendly" in Disney but I wanted to make sure. Also, anyone ever have the Dalkey-battered cocktail sausages on the kids menu? My son is very picky but loves cocktail sausages/hot dog

Hi there Suzanne!  Raglan Road is one of my favorite restaurants at Downtown Disney...in fact, I just dined there last month with my husband and our 4 year old little princess.

Although there is a bar area and alcoholic drinks menu, Raglan Road is extremely "kid-friendly."  My daughter was so entertained by the live music and Irish dance ensembles, that it was hard to get her to leave after out meal.  You'll see more families with children than without.  The atmosphere is definitely lively but family friendly for sure!

It's funny that you asked about the Dalkey Duo, since this is one of the appetizers my family shared on our last visit to Raglan Road.  This dish features small sausages which have been battered and fried and they are served with mustard.  My daughter really loved them, but asked for ketchup instead of the mustard. Please note that these are white sausages, and are not your typical cocktail weenies.  They really remind me more of an italian sausage consistency without the spices.  My little one has also tried the mac and cheese and she really loved it...I'll admit that I happen to love it as well!

I sure hope this answers your questions, but want to encourage you to write back if I can be of further assistance in the planning of this magical vacation!

    Best Wishes,
