    With Rafiki’s Planet Watch closing. What changes have occurred with the Wilderness explorer program?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Most Wonderful Time of the Year! Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog between now and your arrival to keep up with the newest Disney Parks news.

    Rafiki's Planet Watch in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is going through a bit of a refurbishment at the moment, with the rumor that it will reopen in the spring. I do have good news: the wilderness will continued to be explored as the five Wilderness Explorer Program stations that were at Rafiki's Planet Watch (Conservation, Recycling, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, and Habitat) have temporarily relocated to the Wildlife Express Train Station, which is near the exit of Kilimanjaro Safaris. Caw, Caw, Roar!

    Did you know that Epcot recently revamped its Kidcot stations? You can now collect cool fact cards from each World Showcase Country Pavilion. Cultural representatives at each stop may even write a special message in their native language on your cards! And if you're a fan of scavenger hunts, check out Stitch's Holiday Scavenger Hunt at Disney Springs. (Also check out the Christmas Tree Trail while you're at Disney Springs!)
