Hi, will Radiator Springs Racers and the Incredicoaster have reopened by August 26th 2025 for the Halloween party? Thank you :)

    Hi Stephanie!

Welcome to planDisney! Your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is coming up and I bet you're getting excited and counting down the days - I would be! And it looks like you'll be visiting during Disneyland's 70th Celebration! I'm so excited for all the wonder and fun you're about to experience!

I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. I can understand your desire to find out whether or not Incredicoaster and Radiator Springs Racers will be open during your upcoming visit, Stephanie! These two attractions are well-loved, and it seems as if everyone and their Pluto-dog is curious (me included!) about when they'll be removed from the refurbishment schedule.

According to the Daily Events Schedule for Disneyland Resort, it does look like both Incredicoaster and Radiator Springs Racers are scheduled to be closed for refurbishment during your visit - I'm so sorry, Stephanie! Dates are released for attraction closures six weeks out but it's important to know that they can change at any time (even day-of!). I encourage you to check back to the Daily Events Schedule on the Disneyland website for any updates. Not only will it provide updated closure information, but much more including park hours, entertainment offerings, and any events that may be occurring during your visit. Make sure you've selected your specific dates and park at the top.

But what's this? A Halloween party, you say? I hope this means you have tickets to attend the frightfully fun Oogie Boogie Bash! My son and I had so much fun at Oogie Boogie Bash last year (dressed as the Pumpkin King and his friend, Sally) and were especially enchanted by the hauntingly beautiful Villains Grove at Redwood Creek Challenge Trail - definitely a highlight and something to prioritize, if you can. Tip: Find a spot for the Frightfully Fun Parade 15-20 minutes before start time near Ariel's Undersea Adventure. Then, immediately after the parade is over (which will be delightful), head directly to Villains Grove. You might be able to bypass some of the crowds this way!

Stephanie, I hope this information has been helpful (even though it may not be the news you were hoping for), and you have a ghoulishly good time at Oogie Boogie Bash! And remember, if any other planning questions come up, or if you'd like more details on Oogie Boogie Bash and how to maximize the magic while you're there, please don't hesitate to reach out again!

    Boo! See you real soon!
